Richard Wilson, Chairman & CEO
Richard Wilson is the founder and CEO of Wilson Holdings and Wilson Fund Administration Services. He is a prominent figure within the hedge fund, private equity, and family office industries, working daily with fund managers and family offices. Richard has written seven books, held 25 of his own live events, and spoken globally in 20 different countries. He founded what is now the largest associations in both the hedge fund and private equity industries with a combined membership of over 235,000 professionals. His past work experiences include risk consulting and capital raising as third party marketer to hedge funds. Richard Wilson has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University, a M.B.A. from the University of Portland, and he completed some masters level coursework on the psychology of influence at Harvard University.
Theodore O’Brien, Director
Theodore O’Brien has been with our team since the beginning. He is well known for his reporting on the private equity and alternative investment industries. Theo is also responsible for advising on technical aspects including web design, exam technology, and hedge fund product planning. His background is in hedge fund market research, alternative investments and private equity, and he is a frequently published writer on these subjects. Recently he has been moved to the CEO role of our PrivateEquity.com division, leading that web platform from an old dusty directory website into a dynamic media platform and now the #2 most visited website on private equity globally.
Charlie Barr, Resource Manager
Charlie Barr is Wilson Holding Company and Fund Administration Services video editor. Charlie helps produce video study aides, video recordings of team member speeches at conferences, and resources. Charlie’s background is in conducting market research and investor database product construction projects within the Hedge Fund Group. Charlie has four years of experience working within our business and is currently completing his law degree at the University of Oregon.
Adriana Albuquerque, Director
Adriana Albuquerque helps with human resources, marketing strategy, and thought leadership implementation for Wilson Holdings and Wilson Administration Services. Adriana speakers three languages, has met with investment fund managers and family offices in several different countries, and has been with our team since Day 1 as a co-founder. Adriana’s role going forward is helping strategically guide the brand as we form new partnerships and service a new level of clients in the fund administration and formation areas.
Angela Malone, Operational Support
Angela helps keep the wheels turning at Wilson Administration Services, she serves as a project manager, product improvement specialist, and hands-on operational assistant to the other professionals shown here. Angela’s background in working for a publicly traded corporation brings a level of institutional quality, and high expectations when it comes to client deliverables and media content quality.
Rafael Tassini, Resource Manager
Rafael Tassini was added to our team to help us consistently produce new resources, alumni benefits, and downloadable multimedia from our website. Rafael is focused on resource research and construction and many of the tools you use within our programs were built with his help.
